Commissions

How I truly feel about commissions.

Commissions weren’t something I planned, they naturally grew out of sharing my artwork. As I began posting more, people started reaching out and asking if I could create custom pieces for them. It was an unexpected but exciting shift.

There’s something deeply validating about creating art for someone else, but it also comes with some fear and anxiety. There’s a certain pressure in wanting to create something they’ll truly connect with, but that’s also what makes it so meaningful. I love being able to take inspiration photos and turn them into meaningful, one-of-a-kind paintings. Each piece tells a different story, and it’s incredibly rewarding to create something personal for someone else.

At the same time, commissions have helped me grow in a unique way. Because each request is different, I’ve had the opportunity to explore a variety of styles and techniques. While I’m still refining my own artistic voice, this process has allowed me to expand my skills and discover what resonates most with me.

Overall, commissions have become an important part of my creative journey, one that continues to challenge, inspire, and connect me with others through art.
